INSTRUCTIONS
FOR SUBMITTING COURSE EVALUATIONS
Students:
Online Course Evaluations
for Fall 2007 will open at 8 am on Friday, November 23, 2007. Please go
to http://www.sahseval.com. After
accessing the webpage, you must enter your student ID number (your "P
number" that begins with letter P followed by zeros and a 4, 5, or 6 digit
number), and then select your name from the drop down box to verify your
identity. This verification is to ensure the integrity of the evaluation
system, but your name and ID number are not saved and your responses are
anonymous. Online Course Evaluations for Fall 2007 will close at
Midnight on Friday, January 11, 2008.
If your course was taught
by more than one instructor, you will first be asked to evaluate your
primary instructor and the course. Then when you submit your responses, you
will be redirected to a shorter evaluation form to provide feedback about
other instructors of the same course. Note that you will receive reminder
email messages periodically if you have not yet evaluated all courses and
instructors.
The questions on this
survey are written primarily for lecture and seminar courses, and include
five questions specifically related to laboratories. If you took self-paced
or distance courses, the majority of the questions are still relevant.
Please respond to those questions that apply to your particular experience
and use the N/A response if questions do not apply.
If you have any questions
or problems, please contact the Office of Academic Affairs at 772-9411 or
772-3004. Thank you for your participation!
