Eligibility Requirements
The following apply to all individuals interested in the RRCD program:

1. Applicants must be licensed physical or occupational therapists with a research doctorate.
    
2. At least one year postdoctoral research experience is preferred, but no more than five years.  This experience includes a traditional fellowship, research institute or center, or a faculty position with minimum teaching and service responsibility.
    
3. Applicants must be a US citizen, non-citizen national, or permanent resident.
    
4. Applicants may not have been a principal investigator on any major NIH research project.
    
5. Applicants must be willing to train for at least two years at one of the consortium institutions, University of Texas Medical Branch or University of Florida.
    
6. Applicants must identify a Lead Mentor.
