You are invited to attend an SAHS
Open House. Open Houses are generally scheduled for the 3rd Friday
of each month from 1PM to 4PM in the School of Allied Health Sciences
building, room 2.218. Check calendar for
specific dates! This event is sponsored by the SAHS Office of Student
Affairs and the Office of Enrollment Services.
During the Open House, you will be able to learn about UTMB, the School of
Allied Health Sciences, as well as academic programs in which you are
interested. You will be given the opportunity to interact with admission
advisors, financial aid counselors, as well as faculty from the School of
Allied Health Sciences. We will discuss specific issues related to each of
you as prospective students:
• Prerequisite advisement
• Financial aid
• Application for admission process
• Interview Dates
• Degree Tracks
• Allied Health Professions as they relate to health care delivery and
career development
You will also be given the opportunity to tour our student laboratories as
well as interact with current students in our program.
